This is because nitro grow is EW in nature and shows -I effect due to which acidic strength of nitrophenols increases on the other hand phenol do not contain such EWG so phenol is less acidic

O and p nitrophenol are more acidic than phenol because due to electron withdrawing nature of no2 group which stabilize the phenoxide ion
