Taking LCM

{tex}\frac { \cos \theta [ 1 + \sin \theta + 1 - \sin \theta ] } { 1 - \sin ^ { 2 } \theta } = 4{/tex}
{tex}\frac { \cos \theta ( 2 ) } { \cos ^ { 2 } \theta } = 4{/tex}
{tex}\frac { 2 } { \cos \theta } = 4{/tex}
