A Fertilization occurs deep within a flowering plant after pollination occurs but firstly pollination is transferred of pollen from the anther ( male organ of the flower) to the stigma ( female organ of the flower ) of the same or different flower

POLLINATION -> it refers to the transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma of same flower or different flower ....... ........ FERTILISATION -> it occurs when the pollen grains reaches the stigma , then it produces a pollen tube which grows down through the style of the ovary.
