    An = a + (n - 1)d
    241 = 7 + (n - 1)6
    241 - 7 = (n - 1)6
    234 = (n - 1)6
    234/6 = n - 1
    39 = n - 1
    n = 40
    Now middle term =n/2=20
    An = 7 + (20 - 1)6
    = 7 + 19 × 6
    =7 + 114
    =121
