Due to atomisation means sulphur exist in S(8) state and oxygen exist in O(2) state

... Sulphur is less electronegative than oxygen, ......and the S-H bond is much less polar than the O-H bond...... Hence, there is no hydrogen bonding in hydrogen sulphide,....... and it normally exists as gas....In water hydrogen bonding is present....therefore H2O is liquid....??
