CURRENT ELECTRICITY.......... In NCERT it is given that Vd(drift velocity)=-eEt/m ........BUT....... In HC Verma it given that Vd=-eEt/2m Both the derivation seems to be correct....... But obviously only one is correct.......SO Plzzzz tell me WHICH is correct and also give me reason.........

Both are derived in right fashion. But,often NCERT proof is accepted.
