The ww1 created a social and political instability in Germany. No political group or institution had the vision to change germany's political status. Also, Russia wanted to make inrodes into Germany. So, germany was reduced to a weak nation. The social contact of Germany also got fragile. Its social value also went down, all other countries were againt Germany and it's rules.
