why do HCL HNO3 etc shows acidic character and aqueous solution will solution of compounds like alcohol and glucose do not show acidic character?

Hcl and HNO3 when in aqueous solution gives H+ ions and contains replaceable H atoms . Thus, they show acidic character. whereas alcohoo and glucose doesnot dissociate into ions in aqueous solution and doesnot contain repalceable H atoms.

HCL and HNO3 dissocialres with water to give hydrogen ions whereas aqueous solution of compounds like alcohol and glucose don't does so.
