The water contained in the glass container has refractive index (R.I) = 4/3. Let this be 'n1'.
Now, the glass container has a R.I = 3/2. Let this be 'n2'.
It is given in question that light ray is travelling inside the water and then strikes the bottom of the glass container. So it travels from water to glass.
Incident angle (as givrn in question)= 30. Let this be 'i'.
We gotta find the angle of refraction. Let this be 'r'.

Now according to Snell's law,
=> n2/n1 = sin i/sin r
=> (3/2)/(4/3) = sin 30/sin r
=> r = 26.103.
