Organised: 1. Fixed working hours 2. There are formal procedures to be followed. 3. Workers have job security. 4. They gey monthly wages. 5. Working conditions favourable 6. Rules and regulations to be followed. 7. Workers are benefitted with paid leaves, etc. Unorganised: 1. No fixed working hours. 2. No such formal procedures. 3. No job security. 4. Daily wages. 5. Working conditions not favourable. 6. No rules and regulations. 7. No such benefits are there
