Alluvial soil is formed by the deposition of rivers .It is a transported soil. It is mainly found in northern plains like U.P.,Bihar,Punjab ,UK. It is classified into two types Bangar and Khadar .Khadar is more fertile than Bangar .Many nutrients found in alluvial soil lime , potash and phospheric contents.
