The horizontal division of power also known as check and balance system.In this type of power division ,power is divided among the three pillrs of democracy i.e Legislature,executive,and judiciary.The power is divided among them equally. Every section can enjoy their own power given by the Indian Constitution.No Other institution does not have any supremacy over another.Here each Institution has the powrr to check other.Thats why it is known as the system of check and balance.
