First we will find it with herons formula- 26 + 28 + 30 /2 84 /2=42 √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) √42(42-26)(42-28)(42-30) √42×16×14×12 √7×6×2×8×2×7×2×6 √7×2×3×2×2×2×2×2×7×2×2×3 7×3×2×2×2×2 21×16 336cm square. To find the height of parallelogram b×h=336 28×h=336 h=336/28 h=12

Height of parallelogram= 12 cm Firstly you need to find the area of the ∆ by heron's formula. Since area of ∆=area of parallelogram, so the area would be equal to the product of base and height of the llgm . From this equation you can find the height of the llgm by taking base as 28 and area as the area of ∆.
