Effectiveness means achieving or completing the right task ,goals ,activities within time limit .It is concerned with end result.Whereas effeciency means doing the task correctly and with minimum cost ....Hence a successful enterprise has to achieve its goals effectively as well as efficiently.....A combo of both helps to achieve the goals on time and reduce costs in order to earn higher profits .....They are 2 sides of the same coin....If the management lacks even in one (effectiveness or efficiency ) ,it will lead to poor management ....

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth.
