Unemployment is not only in agriculture or primary sector. It is also a problem in secondary and tertiary sector. For example, in tertiary sector, a shopkeeper has 2 sons and both of the sons and shopkeeper also engaged in the shop whereas it needs only 2 people to work. This situation causes disguised unemployment. Same thing happens in secondary sector also. Not only disguised unemployment is there, seasonal unemployment is also a problem in both sectors. For example, in a factory of ice cream i.e. secondary sector lots of people are employed in summer due to more demand of ice cream but in winter only few workers are employed. This shows seasonal unemployment.
