{tex}\frac { O A } { O B } = \frac { P A } { Q B }{/tex}
or, {tex}\frac { 6 } { 4.5 } = \frac { 4 } { Q B }{/tex}
or, {tex}Q B = \frac { 4 \times 4.5 } { 6 }{/tex}
Therefore, QB = 3 cm
