    The sun rises two hours earlier in arunachal pradesh as compared to gujarat because the longitudes have the gap between them and each contain 5 min interval ,and the gap between arunachal pradesh and gujarat is about 30°. thus, the 2 hour gap make between them and arunachal pradesh lies on east that is why its enjoy the sun rise earlier then the gujarat
