Belgium, .... Power is shared equally in dutch, german and french speaking communities No language is state language No religion is state religion. Srilanka..... Power is not shared equally in sinhalas and tamils Most of the govt posts are controlled by sinhalas Sinhala language is declared state language tamil is disregarded. Buddhisam religion of sinhalas is state religion tamils religion is disregarde. This created a deep tension between sinahalas and tamils.and caused civil war killing many people of botj the communities
