Organised sectar - given paid leave - working hours are specific - gets certain salary - workers cannot be fired - immediately they are given notice period before 30 days. And working security is given. Unorganized sectar- there is nothing like paid leave -working hours are not specific - salary may or may not be constant. -workers can be fired depending upon the employer. - there is no job security
