    No we can't say "the moving coil galvanometre" an "ammetre". But it can be converted into ammeter by connecting a shunt(S) parallel to galvanometre.(shunt एक low resistance होता है।) Shunt is used to convert a galvanometre into an ammetre. So we can say that ammetre is a parallel combination of shunt and galvanometre..
