    I think it's MNREGA i.e. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act whoch was started in 2005 aims to provide ? days of wage employment to every household to ensure livelihood in rural areas. It also aimed at sustainable development to address the cause of drought, deforestation and soil erosion.. Hope this helps..
