    Va-Vb=dw/q0 In equipotential surface ,Va=Vb 0=dw/qo q0 can never be zero so dw=0 So change in work done is zero

    Work done in moving charge q = q*potential difference between the two points...... Since surface is equipotential this means potential difference between any two points all over surface is zero... Therefore no work will be done
