Power staring is desirable because: 1) It establishes equality 2) It reduces the chances of conflict or a civil war. 3) It makes the leaders realise that the unity of the country is possible only by respecting the feelings and interests of different communities and regions. 4) It shows us that if a majority community wants to force its power, it can undermine the unity of the country.
