As standard meridian pass to all latitude and longitude located in india . It passes through mirzapur in uttar pardesh . There may be some confusion due to time difference . To rectify such confusion a time along the meridian that is 82*30'E is taken as standard time for hole country . so 82*30'E is taken as standard meridian for country
