    Electric charge is physical property of matter that causes it to experience that causes it to exoerience a force when placed in an electromagnetix field.The cause of charging is due to loss or gain of electrons. Loss of electron = +vecharge Gain of electron = -ve charge Mass is the amont of matter present in a substance. According to special relativity(Einstien's theorem),there are 2 kinds of masses: 1.rest mass( invariant mass) 2.relativistic mass(increases with velocity)
