    To maintain the institution balance,our constitution adopet 2 ways. First ) horizontal way :- power divided between legislarure,executive and judiciary. In this way no one can exercise unlimited power,each organ check each other. Second ) vertical way :- power dived between union,state and local government. This called federal system,where no one is answerable to anyone,each organ have its own jurisdication.
