Acc. to Henry law solubility is inversely proporsonal to temp. So,in hot water oxygen is less soluble in water and when temp. decrease oxygen is more dissolved .

Because when temperature increases solubility decrease according to Henry law . and when temperature decrease solubility increase do aquatic animals are more comfortable in cold water rather than a hot water.
