Why should a circuit containing capacitors be handled cautiously, even when there is no current?????

when the capacitor will b charged completely flow of current stops. after u remove the battery current stops flowing and if u connect resistor to the capacitor the energy stored in capacitor will discharge to resistor but a bit of energy can b stored in capacitor which can kill u if it discharges through u. In other case the resistor fails to work sometime then d energy flows through user . I think dis is d answer . tq
