Different people have different notions of development because of the following reasons----------------------------------------------->. 1.different people, different goals, different perceptions.2. development of one can't be development for other.3. a girl might want freedom and rights like her brother but her brother may not like this.4. increasing fee may be liked by institutions but parents may not like this.
