Why there is dim in bulb when we switch on heater in kitchen

The reason for this is that when we swich on heater then current coming to our house increase ,therefore V =e.mf_ir Where,v=potential difference, i=current &r=i nternal resistance According to above relation ,, When i (current )increase ,v (potential difference decreases. Hence, thete is dim in brightness of bulb due to decrease in potential difference.

Because heator is more power consumer than bulbb so i think suden opening of heator may cause slight change in brtitnessss
