Given:. x+y=0 and x × y=-3/5. The quadratic equations formula is. X^2-(sum of zero)x +(product of zero) X^2 -0x + (-3/5). X^2-0x-3/5 5X^2/5 -0x/5 -3/5=0. Therefore p(x)=5X^2 -0X -3. Or, 5X^2-3
