    9(a+8d)=13(a+12d) on solving this equation we get 4a+84d=0,in next step taking 4 as common we get a+21d=0 - (1) then the 22nd term=0 [from (1)]

    9( a + 8d ) = 13 ( a + 12d ) Oke information is missing in question . You will have 2 equations and you can calculate then .
