Management is consist of three main activity that's why we called it multi dimensional. a)Mgmt of People - people refers to human resources. An org can win over its competitors with efficient or effective employees only because two org can have same physical and financial resources but not human resources (employees ). b)Mgmt of Operation - Operation refers to activity of production cycle such as converting of goods from finished or semi finished goods. c)Mgmt of Work - work refers to task which is performed by everyone in the org.All org are set upto some task or work or goal.The task or work depends upon the nature of the organisation. ??
