    Effectiveness means doing the task, completing activities and achieving goal. In other words it is concerned with end result whereas efficiency means doing the task correctly with minimum cost

    Efficiency focuses on max. Output at minimum wastage whereas Effectiveness consider Time (No matter of cost)
