1) For equitorial :- 1/ 4 ΠEo r^2 x p cos a(theta). At Equitorial point , a( theta) is 90 so potential becomes zero. 2) For axial :- v=1/4ΠEo.p/r^2

Axial =2KP/r^3, Equitorial =KP/r^3
