We have, x = 4 and x = -3.
Then,
x - 4 = 0 and x + 3 = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} (x - 4)(x + 3) = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} x² + 3x - 4x - 12 = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} x² - x - 12 = 0

This is the required quadratic equation
