How to make knockout cum league …

First of all divide the 16 teams into four pools ie, pool1, pool2, pool3, pool4 then divide 4 teams in each pool. So in pool1 u will have team no. 1,2,3,4.... In pool2 5,6,7,8...and so on... now make a normal fixture in each of the pool, like in pool1 1vs2 and 3vs 4, now suppose the finals is between 2 and 4 and then 4 becomes the ultimate winner of pool1.... Now do this with other three pools separately... And suppose that ultimate winner in all the four pools is 4, 7,11,14.....they will be the teams taking part in the league tournament... Now in league write 4 three times vertically.. Now first 4 will be against 7, then next 4 will be against 11 and then the last 4 vs 14..... ( 4 have played against all the other teams)... Now besides that write 7 but this time u will write only two 7 which will be a little lower to tge vertical 4s...... Now 7 will be against 11 and 14 (now 7 have played against all the other teams) smae goes e With 11.... And u will notice that 4,7,11,14 all of them had played against all the other teams. And done your knockout cum league tournament is done??
