    Constitution is a legal document in which all rules are written and according to which a Nation governs. Functions are as follows: 1.To provide a set of basic rules that allow for minimal coordination amongst members of the society. 2.To specify who has the power to make decisions in a society.It decides how the govt will be constituted. 3.To set limits on what a govt can impose on its citizens.These limits are fundamental in the sense that govt may never trespass them. 4.To enable the govt to fulfil the aspirations of a society and create conditions for a just society.
