Let the no be 3x and 4x so there ration 3x:4x = 8 is added to each of them = 3x/4x +8/8 =4/5 = cross multiplication = 4(4x+8) = 5(3x+8) = 16x + 32 = 15x + 40 = 16x - 12x =40-32 = 4x = 8 = x = 2 So the numbers are 3×2 = 6 And 4×2 = 8
