surjeeet and baljeet have some money with them. surjet says to baljeet, if give me Rs 40 rupes ,my money will be three times then the money left with you . represent this situtation in linear equation in two variables. also find two solution for this equation.

    Let Surjeet has Rs. x and Baljeet has Rs. y

    Then, according to question,

    x + 40 = 3(y - 40)

    x - 3y + 160 = 0

    Two solutions

    x = 110, y = 90.      And.       x = 50, y = 70
