Human also called resource because human are also free give of nature and satisfy our needs ,it is technologically acessible ,economically feasible and culturally acceptable.

Human can be a resource because we only make use of any resource without us resources are nothing.for ex.coal if we did not use it as a source of energy then it is nothing but only a black stone.
