Difference between stoichometric and non stoichometric defect

In stoichometric defect,the formula of the compound remains same .But in non-stichometric defect ,the standard formula or the ratio in which the various elements are present changes.For example,ZnS shows Frenkel defect but it's formula does not changes but FeO shows metal dificiency defect which causes in it's non -stoichometry ie Fe0.93O.
