Faliure and success of any organisation depends on its management. Management can expand a business in a better way. It focus on effectiveness and efficiency. Due to this there is no wastage of resources. The importance of management are as follows: 1.Helps in achieving organisational goals. 2.Helps in achieving personal objectives. 3.Helps in achieving social objectives. 4.Helps in reducing wastage of resources. 5.Helps in growth of the business.
