-As per the when the sinhala language was made as an official language the tamil people also requested to make tamil language as an official language but tge government didn't listen of them. -The srilankan government start giving the opportunities to the sinhala peoples regarding to their jobs and addmissions in colleges or schools. -These all the problems make the relation of Sinhala and Tamils strained.
