Because there is power sharing in Belgium 59 per cent Dutch speaking people. 40percent French speaking people but in capital I. e Brussels 80percent French speaking people is there so the government of Belgium decide to give equal power to all but in Sri Lanka opposite thing happened only majority give more benefits ???
