    Regular work provide peoples stability and satisfaction ,that they not feared there work will lost and better wages helps for there development and education of children and on other hand we use to save money from making price low of products its our mentality and partially it can be said true..

    Regular work ,better wages and decent price for crops or other products are some goals for development. But different people have different goals for development because different people have different aspirations and desires.Similarly some people may require no social discrimination and high support price for their crops. So according to the living conditions and environment in which the person lives,he or she persues the goals. People seek the things most important to fulfill their aspirations.
