Non-renewable Resources: Resources which takes million years of time to replenish are called non-renewable resources. These are the resources that cannot be reproduced, grown or generated again by the nature. It has high carbon emission and hence not environment friendly. The non-renewable energy resources are not pollution free. It has low maintenance cost as compared with the renewable energy resources. E.g. fossil fuel , coal, petroleum, natural gas, nuclear power etc.
