Emulsification of fat means break down of fats into fatty acids.

Emulsification of fats is the breaking up of complex fat molecules into simpler fat molecules by bile juice secreted by liver which will be then easier to digest with the help of lipase and the end products coming from it are fatty acids and glycerol.
