1.Political Leaders are elected by people . 2. Elected Leaders can only take decisions . 3. Free and fair elections. 4. Regular elections. 5. One vote one value. 6. Rufe of law and respect of rights. If anyone feature of Democracy is Missing on any country that country is not a democratic country.
