In the picture of Frederic Sorrieu we see a long train of people from different countries marching towards the statue of liberty. these people are offering their homage to the statue. the concession is led by Switzerland and America. by this time they were already independent countries. France has just reached the statue of liberty ( during this time revolution was taking place in France ) . the statue of liberty is holding a torch of enlightment in one hand and is holding a charter of human rights on the other . after France the precession is followed by Germany, Austria, kingdom of two sicilies, Lombardy, Poland, England, Ireland, Hungary and Russia. in the foreground we can se the crowns of the monarch which shows the end of the absolutist monarchy system. in the sky above we can see the angles and Christ sprinkling their blessings over the people moving
